Influenza Immunization Clinic to be held at Chase County Fairgrounds 4-H Exhibit Hall on September 30th from 8:30-11:30 AM. Influenza Vaccines will be available for all ages. Insurance billing provided. Drive through available for elderly and disabled. Vaccine for Children (VFC) available for those without insurance. Consent forms on site or can be downloaded and filled out prior off www.chasecountyhospital.com. (This event will serve as a County Wide Drill to prepare those of Chase County how and where to respond in the event of a real outbreak needing immunization.)
