RPAC West Volleyball 2020

2020 RPAC Volleyball Tournament - West Day 1

RPAC VB West 1st Round, Monday, October 19, 2020.

 

Schedule: 4:30 MT/5:30 CT - #7 Dundy County-Stratton vs. #2 Wauneta-Palisade (H)

6:00 MT/7:00 CT - Winner game 1 vs. #6 Hitchcock County - High seed will be home 

 

Home team will be on the west bench/side of the net, visitors on the east bench/side of the net

 

Unloading: You may unload your team in front of the main entrance on the east side of the school.

 

Bus Parking: Park all buses on the west(home) side of the football field.

 

Locker Rooms: - Dundy County-Stratton- JH Boys, Hitchcock County- JH Girls

 

Seating: There will be signage for your fans to follow for seating purposes. 

  • Dundy County-Stratton- north side, West end

  • Hitchcock County- north side, east end

  • Wauneta-Palisade- South side

 

Officials: Tracy Ryland crew

 

Official Book: We will provide an official bookkeeper and libero tracker for each game.

 

Concessions: Dundy County-Stratton and Hitchcock County Patrons will use the north facing window.   - W-P patrons will use the west facing window

 

Admission: $5.00 – Adults $4.00 – Students (K-12) -------  RPAC PASSES WILL BE ACCEPTED

  • Coaches please make sure players have passes with them

Wauneta-Palisade Covid Protocols

 

Volleyball:

Before/after the game:

  • No spectators, parents, or fans will be allowed on the court before or after the game.  

  • After the game athletes and coaches should talk briefly if necessary, then go directly to the locker room.

  • There should be no physical interaction between teams after the game

 

Everyone will enter through the main gym entrance. 

  • All athletes, coaches, and spectators will have a contactless temperature check upon entering the gym.

    • If anyone’s temperature reads 100.4 or higher they will not be allowed to enter the gym.

  • We encourage masks but do not require them.

  • We encourage social distancing between family groups in the bleachers when possible.

 

We only have one concession stand and one set of restrooms.

  • Visitors will use the north window.

  • Home fans will use the west window.

  • All concession workers will wear masks.  Food handlers will wear gloves.

  • Do not loiter in the commons area, maintain social distancing, and return to your seats

 

Warm-up and during the game:

  • Teams will have separate racks of balls to use during warm ups.

  • Game balls will be disinfected and alternated regularly.

  • Teams will not switch benches or sides of the net throughout the entire match.

  • During a tournament/triangular, team benches will be sanitized between games.
