On February 10, 26 students and 3 adults attended the FFA Career Development Events in Curtis at NCTA.
Results for WP students are as follows:
4th Place (White Ribbon) Farm Business Management Team--Qualified for State Convention Individuals: Angel Hinojosa( Red Ribbon, 7th Place), Paxton Gleason (Red Ribbon, 10th Place), Logan Fischer (Red Ribbon, 14th Place), and Michael Lovell.
4th Place (White Ribbon) Ag Mechanics Team--Qualified for State Convention Individuals: Daniel Christensen (Blue Ribbon, 9th Place), Duncan Rector (White Ribbon, 16th Place), Tommy Bley (White Ribbon, 18th Place), and Caid Doetker.
Livestock Management Teams- Team #1--Qualified for State Convention Billy Straub, Joe Sramek, Ellie Lee (Sheep, Blue Ribbon, 2nd Place), Tryssta Duvel (Horse, Red Ribbon, 3rd Place), Cameo Rector (Poultry, Red Ribbon, 3rd Place), Greg Gaston Team #2: Reagon Skow, Jayden Ingold (Dairy, White Ribbon, 4th Place), Destiny Mathews, Ashley Knotts, Emily Day, Shanel Barnard Team #3: Stephanie Acosta, Evan Nordhausen, Jeimy Martinez
