High School Track at Hitchcock Invite March 26, 2019

Hitchcock County High School will host a High School Track Meet in Trenton on Tuesday March 26, 2019.
SCHEDULE: 10:30 am CST Shot & Discus, 11:00 am CST Field Events, Running to Follow at Approximately 12:30 pm CST

TEAMS: Arapahoe, Hitchcock County, Maywood-Hayes Center, Wallace, Wauneta-Palisade, Eustis-Farnam, Creek Valley, Elwood (Throwers), possibly North Platte JV
TRACK: All weather surface, 1/8” spikes
AWARDS: No medals or team plaques will be awarded due to the short notice.
ENTRY FEE: There will be no entry fees, but each team will be asked to provide some helpers.
ALL FINALS: All events will be finals only. Throws and LJ/TJ will have 4 attempts.
PV/HJ: Starting heights will be determined at the coaches meeting.
RULES: NSAA Guidelines/National Federation Track & Field
WEATHER: In case of inclement weather, we will call your contact person and radio stations.
WORKERS: We are asking each school to provide event helpers to rake, measure, return implements, and pick. We will have 2 adults running each field event and will provide one timer for each place. Please provide a couple of responsible athletes, parents, administrators, or coaches to help at your event as well as someone to help pick during the running events.
Please keep your athletes away from the runways during events and off the pits during the day.
